What data we process
Only what you give us when you get in touch: through the form, your name, email, phone number (optional) and message. If you message us on WhatsApp, your number and what you tell us; that service is provided by Meta under its own terms. We do not ask for health or banking data, or data about minors.
What we use it for
To answer your enquiry and, if you ask us to, to prepare a proposal or provide our services. We never send marketing without your permission and we do not make automated decisions that affect you.
Legal basis
Your consent when you send us a message (Article 6.1.a GDPR) and, if you ask for a proposal, steps taken before entering into a contract (Article 6.1.b). You can withdraw your consent at any time.
How long we keep it
While we handle your enquiry and, if we don’t end up working together, for 12 months at most. If you become a client, for the length of our relationship and afterwards for the periods required by law (for example, tax rules).
Who else can see it
No one, except the providers we need to operate, who process data on our behalf: website hosting and security (Cloudflare) and email (Google). Some may process data outside the European Economic Area under GDPR safeguards (adequacy decisions or standard contractual clauses). We never sell or share your data.
Your rights
You can request access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and portability of your data by writing to hello@leflair.agency. If you believe we have not handled your data properly, you can complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).
Security
The website uses an encrypted connection (HTTPS) and we apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data.
