AI for auto repair shops: bookings, updates and customers in order
We set up a simple system in your shop that answers the phone while you are under a car, logs every booking and keeps customers posted on WhatsApp. You keep working; nobody goes unanswered.
Free, no-pressure first call. Zero tech-speak.
The phone rings when your hands are in the engine
In a repair shop the work happens in the bay, not at the desk. When the phone rings and your hands are covered in grease, you either miss it or leave the car half done. People calling to book rarely try twice: they search for the next shop.
Half the morning also goes on the same calls: “is my car ready?”, “how much for new brake pads?”, “are you open on Saturday?”. And customers who had a service last year never come back because nobody reminded them it was due.
Notebooks, sticky notes and a personal WhatsApp work until the shop grows. Then bookings get lost, quotes are forgotten and you have no idea which customer has not been in for a year.
What we set up in your shop
A custom CRM that is actually easy
Customers, cars by plate number, bookings, quotes and every repair in one screen, designed to be used in a hurry and from a phone. No menus nobody understands.
An AI receptionist for the phone
It answers when you can't, asks for make, model, plate and what is wrong, and logs the booking request. It never quotes prices or diagnoses: the shop always does that.
Automatic WhatsApp updates
When you mark a car as finished, the customer gets a message that it is ready to collect. Before the inspection or the yearly service, a reminder with the option to book.
What your customers receive
Examples of automatic WhatsApp messages. Names and details are made up; the wording is adapted to your business and only goes to customers who have opted in.
Car ready
Hi Marta, your Seat Ibiza is ready. You can pick it up during our opening hours. Any questions, just reply to this message.
Before the inspection
Hi Luis, your Golf is due for its inspection in December. Want us to check it first so you go in with peace of mind? Reply YES and we will book you in.
Service due
Hi Ana, it has been 12 months since your Clio's last service. Shall we book you in? Reply to this message and we will suggest a day.
How we start in your shop
A morning in your shop
We see how you work today: who answers the phone, where bookings are written down and what software you use for invoicing.
Just what you need
We propose only what really saves you time, at a fixed price. No need to change your invoicing software if it works.
Tests with your cases
We test calls and messages with the cars and faults you see every day before going live with customers.
Live and measured
Every month you see the calls answered, the bookings that came in and the customers who returned thanks to a reminder.
What it costs
It depends on what you need: just the phone, just the CRM or everything together, and whether it has to connect to your invoicing software. There is a one-off setup fee and a monthly fee that covers maintenance and small changes.
After the visit we give you a fixed proposal, with no long lock-in. The calculator on our homepage gives you an idea of what you lose today through unanswered calls.
Questions from repair shops
I already have shop software. Do I have to change it?
No. If your software allows connections, we link it; if not, the CRM works alongside it and handles what it doesn't: bookings, calls and updates.
Does the AI give quotes over the phone?
No. It takes the car and fault details and the shop gives the quote. That way no price is ever promised for a car you haven't seen.
What if someone calls about a breakdown on the road?
If there is danger, it tells them to call 112; for a tow truck, to use their insurer's roadside assistance. Then it logs their details so the shop can call back.
Will my mechanics know how to use it?
That is the point: few screens, big buttons and only what you need day to day. We train you in person and adjust anything that isn't clear.
Will customers know they are talking to an AI?
Yes. It introduces itself as a virtual assistant from the start, and if the customer wants a person, it leaves you a message or transfers the call.
